Who Is God Servant?

We often hear people say that "pastors" are "servants of God", while Christians outside, if they are active, are referred to as "Christian workers", while those who are not active or just a congregation are usually referred as "children of God”

I don't know where this "heretical meaning" is circulating. Can you imagine someone who, because he attended a theological school, is called a "servant of God", while another person who has never studied theology is called an "ordinary Christian".

In fact, if a comprehensive survey is conducted, I believe that only 30% of them actually become pastors because God ordered or chosen them, while the rest "who knows?"

Many people go to theology school because:

1. Not accepted in formal school, rather than unemployed, it is better to enter theology.

2. Does not have the cost for formal schools, because the church provides scholarships to people who want to study theology, then that person takes the theology major

3. Asked by parents

4. Because his parents are pastors, and he wanted to become a pastor especially those whose parents had died, he continued in the footsteps of his parents.

5. Broken hearts. Left by a boy or girlfriend or can’t get partner.

6. For prestige, because he served in the church, to increase his social status he studied theology.

7. Other reasons.

School of theology is not different from other public schools, just because it is called theology, they study the Bible from various knowledge angles. It is now well known that the term "school of stupid ology", because after studying theology, instead of understanding the Word they become apostates or even become infidel.

Many people after studying in theology even feel that the Bible is man-made, not directly sent down by God.

And there are theological schools teach that the Bible is man-made, indeed God gave inspiration in writing it but the result of the writing is 100% human work, so if there is an error it is normal.

Wow! Can you imagine what the school student will be? Well, they are indeed people destined to perish.

In theological school, you won't find God. God can only be found in our personal relationship with Him.

So, it is strange if we hear that "pastors" are servants of God just because they have studied in theological school.

Let's take a look at the quality of theological schools in Indonesia today, many students are involved in free sex, illegal drugs, even after graduation they don't even understand the Word of God or the Bible.

Is that what is called the Servant of God?

In my opinion, the Servant of God is:

1. People who obey God's commands in his daily life

2. Know God personally (read: Are You a Follower of Jesus?)

3. His/ her prayers have power, so that when he/she prays, heaven will immediately answer their prayers.

From now on let us straighten out the "heretical terms" that have penetrated the Christian world. Let us see that the pastor is the same as us, whether he is a servant of God or not, can be seen in his family life, in the church and in society.

Many servants of God have never studied theology, but when they pray, God immediately answers their prayers, and these people have power in their words.

There are people who work like ordinary people, they never serve people, even in church they only sit as a congregation, but secretly from their income they have donated billions of rupiah, for evangelistic activities in Indonesia.

In my opinion, this person is also a servant of God, because without him many people would not understand the Word of God.

There is a person who becomes an ordinary housewife, but at home she can intercede for hours, and no one knows that she is a class 1 intercessor of heaven.

In my opinion, she is a servant of God. There are people who tell everywhere that he is a team of intercessors for his church, even though he only prays once a week in church for an hour, at home he rarely prays, can we call this person a servant of God?

Friend, this article does not want to overthrow existing pastors, I made this writing as a correction to the term "servants of God" which is usually only addressed to "pastors".

Servants of God apply to anyone who does know God personally, obey His commands and not only apply to pastors.
