Charismatic Vs Traditional Church

The Charismatic movement is increasingly active around the world.

The Charismatic originating from the Pentecostal development is increasingly in demand by Christians, because it uses more enthusiastic worship procedures and uses the gifts of the Holy Spirit more in their churches.

Meanwhile, the traditional church has not had any significant development from time to time, so that today many Christians who previously were in traditional churches have moved to charismatic churches. This transfer is not a problem, because everyone has the right to choose the place where he will worship.

The problem now is that there is very hurtful a bad image about the traditional church among charismatics, namely: "Holy Spirit"

This saying is very offensive to traditional church circles, because labeling "No Holy Spirit" is the same as equating the traditional church with the satanic church, because if there is no God then the devil must be present.

Well, so Christians in Indonesia who were evangelized all this time (before there were charismatics) who claimed that Jesus was God, where did that come from? from the devil?

Please the charismatic people to use their brains a little, so far who evangelize in Indonesia? Do you claim to be charismatic; do you know the age of a traditional church like Huria Kristen Batak Protestant (HKBP) that you despise does not have the Holy Spirit, want to know how old it is today it's been 160 years.

Was there any charismatic person at that time ??? or the Western Indonesian Protestant Church (GPIB) which is also 73 years old, previously known as "De Protestantse Kerk in Westelijk Indonesie".

There are still some traditional churches that are also quite old, and it was they who made Christianity flourish in Indonesia, many evangelists from among these churches who had a big share in the spread of Christianity in Indonesia, some even risked their lives for the spread of Christianity.

THEN ... WHEN IS THE CHARISMATIC REVISING THE GOSPEL in INDONESIA? WOULD THE CHARISMATIC THAT HAS SPREAD THE GOSPELS DURING THIS???

So, if you talk use your brain, don't use your knee, do you forget that your grandparents, came from the traditional church, or did you come from infidels who converted to Christianity?

Or perhaps those who say that traditional churches do not have the Holy Spirit come from the Satanic church which deliberately divides Christians in Indonesia. As written in the verse below:

 Jude 1:19

"These are the people who cause division. They are not controlled by the Spirit of God, but by the desires of a worldly character".  

 Do you know the Bible verse that says:

1 Corinthians 12: 3 - NIV

You should know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says," Jesus be cursed, neither can anyone say," Jesus is Lord “, except by the Holy Spirit.

The author himself is currently a charismatic person, but since a baby he came to know Jesus personally the author attended traditional church.

What the author sees today that there are divisive in the church, who try to divide between Christians who attend traditional churches and charismatic churches. Actually, want to go to any church just be the same, because the Bible says "we have many parts, but form one body"

So, try from now on, don't judge a church that is not the same as yours, just start your life by getting to know Jesus personally, diligently reading the Bible and memorizing and also being an intercessor for God.

Let the traditional church be in its manner, so also the charismatic with its manner, for the Bible itself says

"From heaven the Lord looks to mankind, to seek the wise who worship Him. But everyone is perverted and lecherous no one does good"

(Psalm 53: 3-4 - NT)

and the Bible continues with the words

 1 John 1: 8 - NT

"When we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves; and God is not in our hearts."

Well, brothers and sisters we are all sinners, thank God Jesus has redeemed us from our sins, so stop thinking of ourselves, our class, our church better than others. Let God judge in due time, are you and I right or not before Him?
